The Handing-Taking over ceremony of the BHU Jaglari, district Bagh AJ&K was held at ERRA Headquarters, Islamabad on May 28, 2010. The recitation of Holy Quran was followed by the Deputy Chairman, Lt Gen Muhammad Haroon Aslam opening remarks in which he thanked the Honorable Ambassador of Italy to Pakistan for the support generously provided by Italy after the earthquake of October 2005 in all the phases of rescue, relief, recovery, reconstruction and rehabilitation. He further said that the total funding received to date is US$ 16.28 Million. The major sectors in which Italy has intervened include Education Sector (11 schools), Health Sector (3 BHUs), Governance (2 offices building) and Livelihood (1 project).

The total cost of BHU Bagh is Rs. 40.0 Million. It comprises a service block, a residential block, and equipped with required medical apparatus, furniture, computers, printers, sound system and rain water harvesting. The Deputy Chairman also appreciated ISCOS-Italian an NGO for the timely completion of the project and ensuring quality work. In the end, he said that ERRA will look forward to future interventions in reconstruction of health and education facilities, skill development institutes and livelihood programmes.
